Who We Are

The Saskatchewan Queer Mental Health Collective is a nonprofit organization working to improve access to mental health care for Two Spirit, queer, and trans people across Saskatchewan. We exist to close critical gaps in care by building a network of vetted practitioners who are committed to providing safer, affirming, and anti-oppressive mental health services. We believe that everyone deserves access to care that reflects their full identity, without fear of harm or discrimination.

We connect, educate, and advocate.

Through a growing network of vetted mental health professionals, SQMHC connects 2SLGBTQ+ people to safer, affirming care. We provide clinical mentorship, professional development, and educational resources for practitioners across Saskatchewan who are committed to anti-oppressive practice.

Everything we do is designed to make Saskatchewan a place where queer and trans people can access care that truly supports them with dignity, trust, and safety at its core.

Our Team

Our team brings together practitioners and community members dedicated to affirming, culturally safe, and trauma-informed mental health care. Each of us contributes unique skills and lived experience to strengthen the collective.
